He’s been our home inspector on several occasions and by listening to his good advice over the years, we changed our minds on three properties that needed a whole lot of work and money to upgrade or repair. Ted doesn’t just do a quick inspection – he takes the time needed to perform a thorough inspection and as the home buyers, we learned a lot from accompanying Ted on the inspections and through his written report. We’ve also had Ted come by our current home to give us feedback on a contractor’s work product and a roofing job.
