Ted is an incredibly thorough inspector, nothing escapes him. He is candid and insightful. His reports are clear and complete, he never minces his opinions; providing you with an absolutely clear view of the condition of the building. Several times he was already familiar with the structures I was interested in and freely gave me details of them which allowed us both to avoid wasting our time and money.
